You can return a product purchased on abeni.it within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the products.

The items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with the tags and their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Pre-activated smartwatches, personalized products, made-to-order products, vintage products or fine jewelry cannot be returned, except for items with obvious damage or imperfections. For further information, consult the terms and conditions of sale.

Once your return has been received, verified and accepted, you will receive the refund due via the payment method chosen during the purchase. It should be noted that the shipping costs of the goods to our warehouse are charged to the customer.

To start the return procedure, contact our Customer Service within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the products (or for purchases of multiple products, the day you received the last product).
