You can return a product purchased on Glen Roma within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the products. The items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with the tags and their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Personalized products, made-to-order products, vintage products or fine jewelry cannot be returned, except for items that have obvious damage or imperfections.
